Hi when invoicing with 2 VAT treatments it prints a summary on the invoice. This is great apart from where in prints it on the invoice as its on top of other text. How can I move it to a new position?

Hi Marc,
Solar Accounts is designed to include the VAT summary in the 'Free Text' section of the invoice. You cannot separate the VAT summary from other information in the Free Text field. However, you can change the location of the 'Free Text' section on invoices as follows:
Click menu Setup > Page Layout > Invoice Template
Scroll to the bottom of the page and double-click on [Free Text]
Clear the text and click OK
Scroll to the top of the page and click Insert > Text Field > OK
Double-click on the new text field and set the text to [Free Text] including square brackets
Drag and resize the new text field to the desired position
