Job/Department option for all transactions

Hi Kim,

Sorry no, it is not possible to view the Job/Department for each transaction in the Account Activity list. I'll note this as a suggestion for future development.

An alternative way to check that all transactions have a Job/Department is to go to the Transactions list and tick the 'Advanced Filter' checkbox at the top, then set the filter to 'Where Job or Dept. = [None]'.
