This notification appears when I open my solar accounts file from usb drive, same notification appears when I try to open back up files from another usb drive

Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.
