El Capitan file incompatibility

Hi There,
Since upgrading to the latest Mac OS, my accountant can no longer open the company file using a windows based machine (as he has always managed to do in the past) Is there a patch available please?

Hi Ray,

From your description I don't think the problem is due to El Capitan - your accountant just needs to upgrade to the latest version of Solar Accounts here:
