Upgrade

I am currently running Solar version 3.9.2 on Mac OS X 10.6.8.

Is there any advantage to be gained by upgrading Solar to 3.9.8 and if it is designed with 'el Capitan' in mind will it still function perfectly well on 'Snow Leopard'?

Hi Stuart,

Yes, the latest offline version of Solar Accounts (3.9.8a) is designed to run on OS X 10.6.8. You will not notice any functionality improvements, but the newer version saves data to your hard disk in a different way and this will better protect your file if there is a sudden power failure.
