Transition to online version

Mark, I am willing to change to the online version, but am aware that the time will come when I eventually decide to close the business. For tax purposes, for potentially some years after the closure, I will still need to access the past data. My question is this: will the data still be available even after the online subscription has expired? I ask this question because in my previous business, before using Solar Accounts, I used Quick Books, and on expiry of my Quick Books subscription had all sorts of problems because access to the data had been blocked from the moment that the subscription was terminated. This in fact made me determined never to use an online edition ever again.

Hi David,

Yes, when you cancel your paid subscription we can provide read-only access to your account data for up to 2 years at no charge. Please ask for this option when submit your cancellation request.
