File Deleted Accidentally, Backup file is only showing less data

Hello There,

Recently the main account file from my pc deleted, i dont know how its been deleted, i have a Backup Named GMT International (Backup 3) but whenever i tries to open that file its showing me the data of first day of using Solar Account !

Is there any idea to get my data back? Really want your help !

Hello Ritu,

Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.
