Message showing when trying to open software.
File 'business name' was created with a newer version of solar accounts and cannot be opened by this version. To download the last eat version please visit solar website.
I use the basic version 3.4.3. I have been using it for years and this is the first time this message has come up.
I'm not great with IT so help will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have edited your business data file on another computer which was running a newer version of Solar Accounts. To upgrade to the latest version of Solar Accounts follow these steps:

When you next try to open your business data file you will be asked if you want to upgrade the file format - click 'Yes'.
After you open the file click menu Tools > User Activity and check that the top of the list shows your most recent updates.
