Production planning software

Are there any easy to set up, easy to use production planning software packages available? Solar accounts is such a brilliant product I just wondered if there is something equivalent in this area

Glad to hear you like Solar Accounts so much! We don't produce any other software, but maybe another user can suggest something...? Anyone?
