Help!!!

Hi, I have just downloaded solar accounts online onto a new machine and somehow deleted a business file and now I cannot access anything!!!!

Please can you explain how we back up from the cloud otherwise we are out of business!!!

Please please please help

Hi James,

No problem - I've just restored the business you accidentally deleted. Log out and log in again to see it.

Generally you don't need to make a backup with the online system because we automatically backup your data from our server. However, if you really want to create a backup click menu File > Data Location > On This Computer, then click menu File > Create Backup > On This Computer, then click menu File > Data Location > In The Cloud.
