I have just started using solar online. I am looking to make a number of changes and would like to do a backup in case I mess it up! How do I both backup and restore solar online accounts?

You can create a backup file as described here:

To restore a backup, click menu File > New > Business File > Import From Existing File, then select the file. Note that this will create a new business with the contents of the backup file. You will need to delete the old business by clicking menu File > Close, then selecting the old business and clicking 'Remove'.
Rather than creating and restoring a backup file, you will probably find it easier to undo your changes by clicking menu Tools > User Activity, then clicking menu Edit > Undo until you undo the items you want to reverse.
