Would it be possible to have a double click on the description field open the 'multiple-line' edit box?
We use multiple line descriptions a great deal and the three clicks and movements can be tedious!

Thanks for your feedback about a shortcut to open the multi-line window. My only worry is that some novice users sometimes double-click on things where a single-click would work. I'll note your suggestion as a feature request in our development system.
