mail merge

Is it possible to extract customer details to allow me to do a mail merge ?

Hi Nick,

Yes you can export your customer details as follows:

1. Click menu File > Export To > Solar Accounts CSV File

2. Click 'Select None' then tick only 'Customers'

3. Click Export and save the data to a CSV file

You can then use the CSV file in the mail merge process. (Note that if you edit the CSV file in Excel you will need to make each row taller to display the full address).
