My online account is showing as offline. Is it still working? How do I get it back to normal? My accountant was in and I suspect he took a backup.

It sounds like your accountant has taken your data offline so you will not be able to access your data until he puts it back online. Ask your accountant to log in and click File > Data Location > In The Cloud. You should then find that you can access your data as normal.
