hi we created and saved 15 invoices yesterday and they have all disappeared? tried 3 today and again not on the list

Hi Gerry,

Are you using the old offline version of Solar Accounts? If so, you have most likely saved the invoices to a different file. Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.

Ok please ensure that there is no date specified in the filter at the top of the invoice list. If that doesn't help, please send me a sharing code as described here:

Also, please let me know the invoice number of one of the missing invoices.
