cannot open file

when I try to open the file it says cannot write to disk check that disk is not full or read only

Have now downloaded the online version of the program and it will not import the file

Hello Allison,

Sorry for the problems you are having with Solar Accounts. Please run the offline version of Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.
