We have 2 businesses in our house, and would like to use Solar accounts for both, we have one set up already, is it possible to set up another? and if so, how do I do this?

Yes that's no problem - just create another data file for the other business. First close your existing file (click menu File > Close) then select 'New Business File'.

It would be a good idea if you could copy an Account structure, without any transaction data so if you have set up one company in a manner that you like, it would be easy to replicate that structure.

Hi Alan - you could create a new file and set up the account structure, then copy the file whenever you wanted to create a new business with that structure.
