It would be very useful if there were a few free format fields associated with Customers (and possibly Suppliers) to hold data that could be subsequently analysed - for example...... Customer since (date), or Area / Region, or Category / Size of Organisation, etc.
I know this a provision for recording some Notes, but that doesn't allow you to analyse the data.
