Free Trial and Data Backup Issue

I have just down loaded your free trial on line version. Unfortunately I had not backed up my most recent work so it is missing the last few days accounts. How do I resolve this and bring it up to date?

Hi Adam,

You say that you had not backed up your most recent work - where did you
enter that information? Was it into the offline version of Solar Accounts
on the same computer?

Hi Mark

I last backed up my work on my off line version a few days ago but have done work since. So I down loaded the on line version and loaded the last back up, but of course it doesn’t have the latest work.

Hi Adam,

OK to import your data into the online version again again:

  1. Log into the online version and click menu File > Close

  2. Select the business name and click Remove, then confirm

  3. Click Add > Import Existing File, then select the .slr file you want to
    import
