Is there any way to highlight a customer that no longer has an account facility - due to poor credit. I know that I can alter their credit terms - but this doesn't really help to alert us. The active/inactive field doesn't seem to do anything much. I need to be able to alert the other solar users in my office that "this customer is on stop"

Hi Sarah,
The closest way to highlight that a customer has poor credit would be to
append [CREDIT FLAG] to the end of the customer name. The text in square
brackets will not be printed on invoices but it will appear on screen so
that your colleagues can see that this customer has been flagged for credit
reasons.
