Offline Solar Account Invoice Printing Issue

I have tried to print an invoice, using my offline Solar Account and was given this message;
Due to an earlier programming error, you must restart Solar Accounts before making further changes.

We tried restarting the programme and it didn't make any difference. We then opened our online Solar account and the invoice from the offline account started to print. I then tried to enter a payment in the offline Solar Accounts and the same message came up. Could you please advise?

Hi Carlo,

Please try restarting your computer by shutting it down and then starting
again. Does that resolve the printing issue?
