Hi , i have sent my accountant the code for sharing , this has worked ok for a while , he is due to visit tomorrow but has emailed to say that he cant access my accounts i.e he's being denied access for some reason , i have sent him another code so he can log on , this isn't the first time this has happened , is this user error or are shared users blocked iff they don't log on regularly enough ?

No Solar Accounts isn't designed to remove access after a period of
inactivity. Once your accountant has access he should continue to have
access forever (or until you explicitly revoke the access). If this
happens again please ask your accountant to email us a picture showing the
error message.
