Issue with Sending Statements and Invoices

Hi Solar

I have been having a intermittent problem sending statements & Invoice emails, when i press send, solar accounts shuts down without sending the invoice. this started on Friday.

Hi Karen,


Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (or Fn + Ctrl + F9). You
should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts
Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that
file - it will help us better understand the problem.
