Hi had a major problem with my lap top the hard drive has failed and lost all my files so I need to set my solar account back up please could you advise

Hi Derek,

Here's how to restore your backup after you wipe your hard drive:

1. Download and install Solar Accounts as described here:
   https://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/download?online=false

2. Copy your .slr backup file to the Documents folder on your computer

3. Rename the file to remove the word 'backup' from the filename

4. Double-click on the file to open it in Solar Accounts
