Invoicing in Euros

The package looks good but does it have any way of invoicing in Euros?
Thanks

Hi Brian,

You can change the currency by clicking menu Setup > Currency Symbol >
Euro. However this will change the currency for all amounts.

You may find it easier to create two data files - one containing Euro
invoices and another with the equivalent invoice in Pounds.

Cheers,

Hi

As I understand it you are suggesting essentially running two accounts and merging them manually? I also incur Euro expenses!

Hi Brian,

Sorry no, I mean your main data file would be in pounds. This would record ALL your transactions, including Euro invoices and Euro expenses converted using the appropriate exchange rate. You would only need to add an invoice to the 'Euro' data file when you need to send a Euro invoice to customer.

To be honest this approach is really only designed for the occasional foreign-currency transaction. If you have many Euro transactions or a Euro bank account you may prefer other software packages such as Quickbooks Pro or Kashflow.
