Dear Mark, I am using Solar Account since many many years.I have alright bought this system.Now if I change my Solar Account 3 to online do I have to pay any charges on it.I am still happy to use this On MAC Desktop without any difficulty.

Yes, if you switch to the online version of Solar Accounts then you will
need to pay the monthly fee as described here:

If you want to continue with the old offline version (Solar Accounts 3)
please keep in mind that it is not designed to run on macOS 10.15 or above,
