Questions about Online Feature and Invoice Layout

I have 2 questions:-
1 when pressing'ask a question online' the browser bar comes up and starts to run but then doesn't open?

2 Before using your online version 2 weeks ago the invoices 1st column was QTY it has moved to futher into the invoice can it be put to the 1st column again

Hi Karen,

1. Instead of clicking "Ask a question online" just click this link:
   https://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/contact

2. We moved the location of the Quantity column to make it more intuitive
   for novice users. Unfortunately you cannot move it back - sorry. However,
   you should find that the Quantity column is on the left when the invoice is
   printed or exported to a PDF file.
