Hi, One of our customers need extra info on their invoices - can you tell me how i can edit the invoice template please?

Hi Sheila,

To add information to the invoice template:
1.Click menu Setup > Page Layout > Invoice Template.
2. In the toolbar click Insert > Text Field > OK
3. Double-click on the new text field to edit it
4. Enter the information and click OK
5. Drag and resize the new field to place it on the page

Note that all users will see this new information. If you only want to
show the information to one user, an alternative is in the invoice window
add an extra invoice line that only has the description populated with that
information - keep the other fields on that line (ie. quantity, price, etc)
blank.
