VAT Submission Issue

I'm trying to submit my VAT return but Solar says I'm not registered/authorised for MTD but I am.

I've submitted the previous 4 VAT returns via solar.

Is there a way I can reset this or is it a bug or error?

When I click connect on VAT reports or try and submit my return it fails to connect.

Hi Simon,

HMRC require that you enter a new authorisation code every 18 months. If
you are seeing an error saying that you are not authorised for MTD then
press Command + Option + R. You should see a messaging asking if you want
to clear the existing authorisation code - click 'OK'. Then go to the VAT
Returns list and click 'Connect' to enter a new authorisation code. When
you log into HMRC's website make sure you use the correct Government
Gateway User ID.
