Printing Bank Reconciliation to PDF Issue

Hi Mark

That option doesn't work, if you go to the home page and select reconcile bank statements and then say choose cheque account it opens up a page that can only be used on its own (printing from that location). you have to shut down the page to then be able to use file>Export To> Adobe Acrobat PDF File thus be unable to transfer the info.

Best Regards

Nick

Hi Nick,

Yes you are right - the option to save to a PDF file isn't available in the
Bank Reconciliation window. As an alternative you may want to try using
one of the 'Print to PDF' software programs available for Windows. These
will install a printer driver which saves the document to a PDF file
instead of printing it.

Hi Mark

I understand that I can save to PDF and have already done so but it is a long winded process when really it shouldn’t be. Are you able to sort the problem out long term as this is annoying, especially as I am now being charged £30.00 per month to use the online product due to the new VAT requirements from HMRC.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards

Hi Nick,

Yes I understand it's frustrating to not have the normal print feature.
However, we are not able to determine the cause of the problem or reproduce
it at this end, so it's unlikely that we will be able to resolve this issue
- sorry.
