Hi There, would you let me know if it's possible to record expenses in Euros which will then be converted into £?
I can see it's possible to do it the other way around e.g. I can create an invoice in £ that can then be converted into Euros but I cannot see how to convert the Euros into £.

Hi Cathy,
By default, each business you set up in Solar Accounts uses UK pounds as
the currency. You can then print invoices in Euros by clicking More
Options > Foreign Currency in the invoice window, and setting the currency
code to EUR
If you want to do the opposite, you can change your business to use Euros
by clicking menu Setup > Currency, then changing the symbol to €. Then all
transactions will be recorded internally as Euros, but you can print an
invoice in UK pounds by clicking More Options > Foreign Currency, then
setting the currency code to GBP
