Locking Financial Year in Solar Accounts

Can I lock a financial year so I dont interfere with those transactions by mistake

Hi Mary,

Sorry no, Solar Accounts doesn't allow you to lock older transaction
periods. The best approach is to save the Trial Balance report to a
spreadsheet - then later you can the report again and see if the report has
changed to see if there were any modifications to an earlier period.
