Outlook Default Issue with Solar Accounts

After a new PC with Win 10/Office 365 etc, Solar Accounts is not recognising Outlook as the default email client - it is set as default in windows and other apps can see it just fine.

We get an error in Solar telling us that Outlook is not default. Please advise?

Hi Tina,

It sounds like your copy of Outlook is the 64-bit version. Unfortunately
Solar Accounts does not support the 64-bit version of Outlook (only the
32-bit version). You will need to save the invoice to a PDF file then use
Outlook to create a new email message and attach the PDF file.
