How do I exclude inactive customers from my customer reports ? I have marked several customers as inactive on the customer record but they still appear on the Customers Balances report, I would like to exclude inactive customers from my reports.

Unfortunately the Customer Balances report doesn't depend on the 'inactive'
flag for the customer. To avoid seeing a customer in the report, first
write off the remaining balance as described here
<https://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/help/how-to-write-off-a-bad-debt>, then
change the report 'from' date to be after the last customer transaction.
