I have a query regarding sharing my files with my accountant, He has downloaded a copy of Solar & I have sent across the sharing code but when he goes to login he gets a message saying a user has taken the company offline, I am assuming that this is due to me being in offline mode.
I need him to have access to last years accounts to be able to complete my tax return but I am mobile & therefore use the program in offline mode most of the time.
If I go into Online mode & he then logs in will it log him out again when I then go back Offline? or is there a better way of sharing my last years accounts files please?

Yes in order to share your data with your accountant it must be stored in the cloud - you will need to log in and click menu File > Data Location > In The Cloud.
Unfortunately Solar Accounts Online is not designed to allow you to work offline while your accountant is accessing your data online. You will need to schedule a time with your accountant to let him know when you will be
taking the data offline - sorry.
