Wont let me download come up failed- Virus scan failed?

It sounds like your virus scan is indicating a false positive.
Unfortunately that's not something we can resolve at this end.

Thanks Mark, I have resolved it by turning of the virus checker for the
down load and then turning it on again. All set up now and working.
