Can I store my data on local drive hard? to be able to open it without internet connection ( old offline version)

Unfortunately the offline version of Solar Accounts doesn't run on the
latest version of MacOS. If you have a Windows computer you can run it
there and edit your data without needing an internet connection.
Also note that Solar Accounts Online can run on the latest version of MacOS
and it has an 'offline' mode which allows you to store your data on your
computer instead of in the cloud. However, you will still need internet
access to log in (after you log in you don't need internet access to modify
your data)
