receiving error when trying submit vat return for april. I changed vat with HMRC from quarterly to monthly but being told cant submit until vat period has ended but this was 30/04.

Unfortunately the error message about the 'VAT period not yet ended' is
coming from HMRC systems - you will need to contact HMRC directly to
resolve the problem. Here are some more information about the error coming
from HMRC's server:

HTTP Response Code: 403
Error: TAX_PERIOD_NOT_ENDED
Message: The remote endpoint has indicated that the submission is for a tax
period that has not ended
