Please can you explain why the on line charges are for both VAT and Non Vat registered businesses. Surely as a VAT registered business I pay £20.00 + 20% = £24.00 and not £29.00 + VAT = £34.80

We increased the price for new users on 17 March 2019. If you created an
account before that date then you will be charged £20 + VAT per month,
otherwise you will be charged £24 + VAT per month.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

That would be fine £24.00 plus 20% VAT is 28.80.

However the system is asking me to pay both vat and non vat registered business rates ie 29.00 plus Vat = £34.80.

How can I change this.

Hi Bradley,

It sounds like you have set up two businesses in Solar Accounts - a
VAT-registered business and a non-VAT-registered business. To fix the
problem, log in and click 'Cancel' when you see the credit card payment
screen, then select the non-VAT-registered business and click 'Remove'.
Then log out and log in again - you should now see an amount of £24.00.
