Backup File Replacement Issue

Hi

I have just downloaded the online version and have linked the incorrect back up folder with my offline software.

I did use the latest back up but for some reason the one before is more up to date.

How do I replace the back up file from my offline version to the new online one?

Hi Toby,

OK here's how to replace your online business record:

  1. Log into Solar Accounts Online and click menu File > Close

  2. Select the business name and click 'Remove'

  3. Click 'Add' then select 'Import From Existing File'

  4. Select the backup file you want to import

  5. Click menu Tools > User Activity, then check that the topmost row is up
    to date
