How do you remove items from the multi line description on a Mac? There is no right click!

On a Mac you can simulate a right-click by holding down the Control key on your keyboard, then clicking with the mouse. Does that work?

Is there any way of changing the default, so that entries are not stored as routine, rather than the present way of having to enter the multi line description and ticking the box?

The reason I would prefer the change is I invoice for a series of flights and wish to put the date on each entry for when the flight took place. If I forget (often!) I end up with a huge list.

I'm afraid you cannot set the default behaviour, but if you accidentally
add an entry to the descriptions list it's easy to delete by right-clicking
on the item in the drop-list and selecting 'remove'
