We are moving from Xero to solar, is there a way of importing data in a csv format ?

It's great to hear you want to switch to Solar Accounts. To answer your
question, yes with Solar Accounts you can import data from a CSV file as
described here:

However, I don't think Xero can export data to a CSV file in the format
that Solar Accounts requires. Therefore the best approach would be to pick
a conversion date, and enter older transactions into Xero and newer
transactions into Solar Accounts.
