Issue with Pen Drive Files

Hi Mark,
Trying to send a pen drive to accountant with the files on it. The pen drive seems to have download the information but when you go to open it on the pen drive it won't??

Hi Karen,

Can you please tell me the error you see when you try to open the files?
That will help me understand the problem better.
