When I go to email a quote I appear to get the message "a programming error has occured , sorry"

Ctrl + F9 if your keyboard has an Fn key). You should see a message saying
that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in
your Documents folder. Please email me that file
