Recurring Payment Cancellation Instructions

I have a recurring payment that pops up when I switch the system on. How do I remove it please?

Hello Philip,

To cancel a recurring payment, do the following:

1. Go to the Transactions list and set the filter at the top to Show: Repeating Transactions

2. Edit the first entry and click More Options > Repeating Transaction

3. Untick 'This is a repeating invoices/payment'. Then save the transaction

4. The payments in that series will no longer be shown, but if there are other repeating transactions, repeat steps 2 and 3.
