Is there a way to change a customer to a supplier?

Sorry no, Solar Accounts doesn't allow you to change a customer to a
supplier. If you don't have any transactions for that customer you can
just delete it and create the supplier record instead. Otherwise, if you
have a customer who is also a supplier, this page described how to record
both sales and purchase transactions:
