have been using your package to submit VAT returns for the last year now it says i need to register again but going onto HMRC website it says already registered how do i log in now please as it says i need an authorisation code

Sorry for the problems you are having submitting a VAT return using Solar
Accounts. Can you please send me a screenshot showing the error message?

Sorted it now thanks it was trying to go through the registration process again even though I have been submitting VAT returns online for at least the last year

Glad to hear you've sorted it out. Yes unfortunately HMRC decided that
their authorisation codes should expire after 18 months, so you will need
to re-enter another authorisation code from time to time.
