I RECENTLY SIGNED UP TP SOLAR ACCOUNTS IVE HAD 1 PAYMENT OF £24 AND KNOW YOU HAVE CLAIMED 2 FURTHER PAYMENTS OF £72 EACH WHY???? AND WHEN WILL I GET REFUNDED AS I ONLY SIGNED UP TO £24 PER MONTH

Hi Mick,

It looks like you have added 2 extra businesses to your account. Our
billing system is designed to charge £24 for each business, so it charged a
total of 3 x £24 = £72 in May and June. Since you did not expect this I
have applied a refund of £48 to each payment - you should receive this
refund in 5 - 10 days.

To avoid being charged for 3 businesses in future, please log into Solar
Accounts and select a business you don't need to manage, then click
'Remove', then repeat for the second business.
