Assistance with Virus Issue and Solar Accounts Installation

My laptops have got hacked and a virus installed locking me out of Solar accounts. I tried to install Solar on a tablet and WPS Office doesn't support the Solar download. Any ideas?

Hi Michael,

If you have a virus on your computer we recommend you do the following:
1. Run Solar Accounts Online and write down your User ID
2. Reinstall your copy of Windows or Mac,
3. Download Solar Accounts Online from our website and run it
4. Log in with the User ID you wrote in Step 1. If you cannot remember
your password click the 'Forgot login details' link below the password
field and follow the instructions.
