Just want to know how I record Reverse charge on VAT so that it is automatically accounted for

To record a sale or purchase with domestic reverse charge, create an
invoice or purchase invoice with the VAT rate set to 0% and click More
Options > VAT Treatment > Domestic Reverse Charge Applies
